Charges for electricity are not included in the price, except from June to September; and depend on your consumption. Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional charge of 50 EUR. Only 1 pet can be accommodated per apartment, upon request, at 5 EUR per day. Your pet cannot remain alone in the apartment. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
